WebCARE is our retained service hours, which is provided at a discounted hourly rate to assist with further support and website updates after your website has gone live. In addition to routine site maintenance and updates for security and performance, we can also provide monthly analytics reports, content updates and give recommendations to further improve your site conversion depending on the number of hours your retain per month.
The idea is that you stay focused on your business as you let us focus on keeping your site updated and secure. You choose the number of hours you’ll need each month for new content you want to be added, or small new projects you want to accomplish.
We can also offer technical support to your customers.
How does it work?
Once your company has subscribed to the service, KRE~ative will designate your hours (weekly) for routine maintenance. Your website will be reviewed and updated each week. Depending on the size of your retainer, we will also have a monthly planning meeting to discuss projects and planning to maximize the usage of your retainer. You will have a contact form, email address and a phone number to contact KRE~ative for routine and urgent work.
