The challenge

Make the promise work beyond the brand.

A premium identity needs a practical customer experience behind it. CRMSN needed its story, product choices, reservations and ordering to work together—and its marketing to reflect the realities of a small-batch business.

This is a founder-led project: Kenita Earl’s work spans both CRMSN Reserve and KRE~ative Consulting. The first portfolio update introduced the direction. The work since then has brought the redesigned store to life and extended into its daily operation.

01

Build one recognizable brand

The CRMSN brand system established a consistent expression across the website, product presentation and campaign creative. Deep navy, crimson and gold, prominent serif typography, and a distinctive monogram give the experience continuity. The message—“Bold Flavor. Refined Tradition.”—connects the product’s Caribbean roots with its premium positioning.

02

Redesign around the customer

The WordPress and Elementor redesign organized brand storytelling and shopping into a clearer journey. Visitors can explore The Collection, discover Our Roots, read the Journal, consider occasions and find their next step. Desktop and mobile presentation bring the same brand language to different browsing contexts.

03

Turn interest into reservations and products

The work progressed from reservation-led interest into a WooCommerce product catalog. Product descriptions, options and purchase paths give distinct offers a place: Signature sorrel, the Founder’s Edition Cup, the Signature + Cup bundle, Fresh Pours, Grand Reserve and Origins Zobo. Reservation language remains part of the brand experience while product pages provide the detail customers need to choose.

04

Connect the commerce flow

WooCommerce provides the storefront, product selection, cart and checkout; Square supports the payment side of the experience. The work connected these steps with pickup, eligible local delivery and product-specific shipping information. The emphasis was on making the customer’s next step clear and maintaining consistency between what a promotion promises and what checkout permits.

05

Create content with continuity

Marketing extended beyond launch announcements into recurring storytelling and education. The “Did You Know?” series introduces the ingredients and traditions behind sorrel, while product-focused creative gives offers such as Fresh Pours and the Founder’s Edition a recognizable expression. Copy and campaign assets connect the brand story to a relevant product or reservation path.

06

Carry the launch into execution

KRE~ative’s role included strategy, design, development and the practical work of bringing the redesigned site and storefront live. Launch communication showed the new digital experience, and subsequent work refined mobile presentation, product attributes, links and product messaging. The platform became an ongoing business responsibility rather than a one-time design handoff.

07

Make promotions fit the operation

Later work addressed inventory-led offers, production-day messaging and fulfillment restrictions. Promotion setup included minimum-order rules, product exclusions, timing and local pickup or delivery eligibility. Coupon checks and corrections helped align the offer with the business’s actual operating conditions; completed-payment validation remains a separate step from checking cart rules.

08

Keep the business and experience aligned

The work continues through product updates, availability messaging, customer communication and operational troubleshooting. Wearing both founder and strategist hats creates a direct link between brand decisions and the realities of small-batch production, inventory and fulfillment. That connection is the central story: strategy carried into the details that keep the business working.

What the work made possible

A digital foundation the business can keep using.

The delivered work brings brand, storefront, content and operational decisions into one experience. It gives CRMSN a place to present its collection, guide customers toward an order and continue refining the business after launch.
